An Introduction to Meditation

Tuesday, 13th July from 7:00-9:00pm. Every Sunday and Tuesday for three weeks.

Meditation is a powerful tool that we can all use to great effect in our lives. It nourishes the soul, as food nourishes the body. No matter what our religion or philosophical background, it opens our hearts and minds to experience an unlimited source of peace, love, wisdom and bliss. We then become better able to live in harmony with one another and with nature's laws.

Meditation calms our mind and body; it replenishes our mental and emotional energy. It is a process of re-discovering, enjoying and using the positive energy already latent within us. When meditating on a theme, we find the mind naturally begins to focus and adjust in perception and potential.

The most important journey you can take is the journey within. This is a journey to the truth of who you really are. This is the place, just beyond every day consciousness, where spiritual empowerment begins. Spiritual power gives you the power to choose creative thinking rather than automated thinking, response rather than reaction, peace, love and harmony rather than stress, conflict and chaos.

Meditation enables you to embark on this inward journey. Raja Yoga meditation gives you a clear spiritual understanding of yourself, helps you re–discover and use the positive qualities already latent within you, enables you to develop your strengths of character and create new attitudes and responses to life.

'World Meditation Hour'

Heal the world through meditation

Sunday , 18th July from 6.30-7.30pm.

Come together to give the gift of good wishes, kind feelings and positive thoughts to the world and our fellow inhabitants through an hour’s meditation for world peace. Through peaceful commentaries, light music and powerful images you are sure to have an experience.

A Seminar on 'Detoxing the Mind'

Monday, 19th July from 7:00-9:00pm

Cleanse, Energize and Revitalize
Detoxing supports and stimulates the minds own natural process. It stems from the belief in empowering the mind by creating a strong foundation that will in turn support all your dreams and aspirations with energy and vitality.

“Embarking on a mind detox is a bit like somebody beginning renovation on an old house, lots of effort is required before they reach that restored, new state. There will be some sweeping to do, and they are bound to get dust up their nose.” Once you have experienced the immense benefits of detoxing, you will realise it is one of the most powerful healing tools available.

Bonding with your inner self, explore this ancient tradition of body, mind, and spirit. Guide yourself to serenity and an abundance of energy.
